What you will get out of this training:

Practical, field-ready competence on BioSpan spray systems and application methods
Live, supervised experience applying RePlay, RePlay+, OptiSeal, and Activate
Confidence in selecting the right product, rate, and equipment setup for real-world sites
Clear understanding of critical nuances that make the difference between good and excellent results (surface prep, temperature, viscosity, nozzles, pressure, overlap, and cleanout)
Ability to run a test patch, troubleshoot common issues, and properly shut down and maintain equipment
Readiness to represent BioSpan as a trained, certified applicator

Objective

To transition vendor crews from general operators to Certified Preservation Technicians, ensuring consistent application quality for BioSpan’s flagship products.

Applicators and Dealers (≤10 people per group session)
